Issues affecting gameplay that need updating

EDIT: I realize you dont care at all about this game; but please remove those ads. Its already a paid game and you look ridiculously greedy putting them there. They literally fly in front of you during gameplay and play animations. There about 10 seconds long, long enough to lose.

Heres a list of things that I believe should be updated/added/fixed:

- Getting hurt while IN the pause menu. It is a very unfair and cheap way to cheat death by just pausing and it should not be allowed. I was surprised it was even in the game because most online games dont allow pausing. I constantly have to stand there waiting for them to get out of pause.

- Id like for the ""Player" was killed" messages to include the name of the player that killed the person. This way we could know who the threat is.

- Last, a glitch has been discovered that lets you get to the top of the walls in Survivor Island. Its unfair since not everyone can get up there.
